This policy explains how we process personal data when you visit zfsa.ch or contact ZFSA.

2. Website and hosting
Our website is hosted by DATAWIRE AG, a member of our corporate group. Hosting data is stored in the canton of Zug, Switzerland. When you access the website, technically necessary information such as your IP address, the time of access, the requested address, browser and operating system may be processed in server logs. This supports the operation, troubleshooting and protection of the website.
WordPress and the extensions we use process the data necessary for their functions. This includes technical session and security information. Technically necessary cookies may be set when signing in. We do not use separate visitor analytics or marketing trackers.
3. Contact enquiries
If you contact us using the form, by email or by telephone, we process your contact details, message and any property or assignment information you provide to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, prepare an offer or perform an assignment. Form submissions are stored in our WordPress system and forwarded by email for processing. Please provide only information needed for your enquiry.
Access is granted to the people responsible for processing your enquiry and to technical service providers where required for operation and support. We do not sell your information for advertising purposes.
4. External fonts
The website uses Google Fonts for its appearance. When loading these fonts, your browser may connect to Google and transmit information including your IP address and technical request data. 5. WhatsApp and external links
WhatsApp is an optional additional way to contact us. If you open the WhatsApp link and use the service, WhatsApp's privacy terms also apply. Data may be processed outside Switzerland. You can instead use our contact form, email or telephone. Please do not send access codes, key information or other particularly confidential information via WhatsApp.
6. Retention and protection
We retain information for as long as it is needed to handle the enquiry, maintain the business relationship or meet statutory retention obligations. It is then deleted or anonymised unless there are legitimate reasons for retaining it further. We restrict access and use technical and organisational safeguards.
7. Your rights
Under applicable data protection law, you may request access to your personal data and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. You can contact us at hello@zfsa.ch . Statutory retention obligations remain applicable. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
8. Changes
We update this policy when the website or our processing of personal data changes. The version published here applies.
